Privacy Policy

Kard Avenue is a trading-card marketplace operated by PT Karya Artha Reksa Digital ("Kard Avenue", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Kard Avenue mobile app and website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — including how to delete your account. Data we collect

Account information. Your name, email address, and phone number when you register or sign in — including via Apple, Google, or Facebook sign-in.
Contact and delivery details. Shipping addresses and phone numbers you provide at checkout or in your profile.
Transactions. Your order and purchase history, bids, asks, and payment status. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us.
Approximate location. When you allow location access, we use your approximate location to help fill in delivery addresses.
Photos and camera. Photos you take or upload — for example when scanning cards or creating listings.
Device information and identifiers. Device model, operating system, app version, push-notification tokens, and device or advertising identifiers.
App activity. How you use the app, including screens viewed, in-app searches, and interaction analytics such as session replays of in-app screens and gestures.
Crash logs and diagnostics. Crash reports and performance data that help us keep the app working.

How we use data

To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
To process orders, payments, deliveries, and customer-service requests.
To send push notifications about your orders, bids, and activity.
To understand how the app is used and improve it.
To measure marketing and detect fraud or abuse.
To comply with legal obligations.

Who we share data with

We share personal data with:

Service providers who process data on our behalf: Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, performance), AppsFlyer (attribution and marketing analytics), Microsoft Clarity (in-app session analytics), Sentry (error reporting), and Amazon Web Services (authentication and hosting).
Meta Platforms. We use Facebook App Events, which shares device identifiers and app-event data with Meta; Meta may use this data for its own advertising purposes as described in its policies.
Payment and delivery partners as needed to complete your transactions.
Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit. We keep personal data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above. Records we are legally required to keep — for example tax and transaction records — may be retained for longer, as required by the applicable law.

Deleting your account and data

You can request deletion of your Kard Avenue account and associated data:

In the app: open your profile, go to account settings, and choose account deletion.
Without the app: email info@kardavenue.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion", or message our official WhatsApp at +62 813-7022-800 (chat only, no calls). You do not need access to the app or an active session to use these routes.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal information from active systems; transaction records that we must keep by law are retained for the legally required period and then deleted.

Children

Kard Avenue is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
